Booking policy at Tonic Skin Wellness


From 1st September 2023, all bookings an hour or more in length require a deposit of $50 to be paid to secure your appointment. The $50 deposit will be deducted from your services on the day of your appointment. Alternately, you may ask for your deposit to be refunded to you, or you can save it to your account to be used against a future appointment.

You may change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment by contacting us via phone on 4226 1679. Please leave a detailed message if we cannot take your call.

Cancellation policy:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation and or changes to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to show up to your appointment, will result in you forfeiting your deposit. In exceptional circumstances, the booking deposit may be refunded, this is at salon discretion.

We truly understand that life happens sometimes, but when you book an appointment, you are securing our time, and when you cancel last minute, we cannot always fill your appointment. However, if we can fill your appointment, you will not forfeit your booking fee.

In the event of a no-show, full payment will be required for your next appointment.

Preferred communication:

Cancellation or changes to your appointment must be made via our dedicated salon phone number (4226 1679). Messages via SMS, social media or therapist’s personal numbers may not be seen and may result in forfeiting of your deposit.

Payment methods:

When you call to book an appointment, a payment request for the booking deposit will be sent to you via email. Follow the prompts to make payment. Or alternatively, you can make payment over the phone or pop into the salon and make payment in person.
