Tonic etiquette
The Tonic experience is about you and it begins the moment you walk in the door. To help us create a unique and grounding environment at Tonic let’s all observe the Tonic etiquette.
When committing to an appointment time, we hold that time for you in good faith and trust that you have also held that time for us. We will send you a courtesy reminder of your appointment via SMS 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
We require a minimum 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to someone on our waitlist. Any changes to Monday appointments need to be made by Saturday 12pm.
If you are feeling unwell please contact us to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate you prioritising the health of those around you and we will prioritise the rescheduling of your appointment.
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment to give you time to use the bathroom and relax into the space. We run on time and want you to be able enjoy your full appointment.
The salon has a careful curation of grounding aromas which inspire relaxation and mindfulness. We ask that you refrain from wearing heavy fragrances to the salon so that you can soak in the scents involved in your treatment which are customised to enhance your experience with us.
We kindly ask that you do not bring young children to your appointment as the salon is designed for optimum client experience and does not have child minding facilities.
